The foundation and driving force of INTERkrąż is a qualified and well-knit team of people who combine their experience with passion for innovative technologies and unconventional technical solutions. We have been putting our trust in them for years and building our future on them.

Yet we have started modestly, with two people forming a small iron working workshop in 1987. Along with the successive market achievements of the company we have systematically increased the number of employees, creating friendly and developmental work places for them. In 2006, when INTERkrąż was entered into the National Court Register, our team consisted of as many as 75 persons. After eight years, i.e. in 2014, there were already 115 of us. Currently we employ over 150 professionals in their fields, who perfectly realize the company's business objectives in the production, research and development, administration, logistics, and transport.

We know that the success of our company is created by the people employed in it, whose daily work is the basis of our dynamic expansion and for which we are grateful.
