Purpose/application
The task of directional rollers is to prevent the unwanted lateral belt movements which may disturb the operation of the entire transport system. Their use is particularly important on curved sections of designed conveyors and centring stations. The key task they perform makes the elements universal and can be found in all kinds of industries.

Product characteristics/general description
All directional rollers are made in the standard version ensuring the best compromise between extraordinary durability and efficiency of work. The hub is made by cold pressing and is permanently bonded to the coat by welding.

Versions/modifications for individual orders
Directional rollers, due to their important role in the whole process of conveyor construction and the different requirements they face, can be manufactured according to individual customer needs. The interested parties may choose between different wall thicknesses of the outer coat, as well as different diameters and dimensions of the axle end.

Flexible diameters
The needs of individual companies and industries are different so the customers may choose between different diameters of the outer coat and thus adapt the rollers to the specificity of conveyor belts designed in their companies. The INTERkrąż offer includes directional rollers of diameters of 63.5, 88.9, 108, and 133 mm, respectively.

Resistance to contamination
Thanks to their unique sealing properties the directional rollers are completely resistant to all impurities generated in the working environment. Due to the applied protection in the form of multi-stage labyrinth sealing the elements can effectively perform their function both in humid and dusty environments, without losing their properties and efficiency of operation.
